I started my business in Milwaukee during my last semester of college in 2019. After launching in just one day I had over 100 orders of my very first flavor 3 o’clock coffee. This led me to pitching at Brewed Ideas Challenge, a competition modeled after Shark Tank— where I came in first winning $7,500 to put toward my business.
I now have my own 24 flavor menu. I am doing wholesale at multiple locations, cater at a variety of events and have individual pop-ups around the city. Day to day I am making, creating, branding, marketing, advertising, managing and delivering my homemade ice cream. Liv a Little is a perfect example of my self-discipline, drive and ability to bring a big idea to life.
My company has sparked interest throughout the Midwest. Local investors valued Liv a Little Ice Cream at 1 million dollars after the first year of business. Since then I have attended the famous Ice Cream Short Course out in Penn State, where I learned the ins and outs of all things ice cream science & business. I also recently trademarked both my company name and my most popular flavor name, Warm Hugs! This is just the beginning. We offer catering services throughout the midwest, but you can find us now around the city of Chicago!
